Glentel AMH 40mg Tablets combine three antihypertensive medicines with complementary mechanisms of action. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that improves blood flow by reducing vascular resistance, and hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps eliminate excess salt and water from the body.
Working together, these medicines provide effective blood pressure control in patients who require combination therapy. Maintaining healthy blood pressure helps reduce the long-term risk of cardiovascular complications such as stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and kidney disease.
Glentel AMH should be used under medical supervision, with regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolyte levels where appropriate
