Bonviva 150mg Tablets contain ibandronic acid (ibandronate) 150 mg, a bisphosphonate used for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women to reduce the risk of vertebral fractures.

Category:

Bonviva 150mg Tablets contain ibandronic acid, a bisphosphonate that helps slow bone loss by inhibiting osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. Regular treatment increases bone mineral density and helps reduce the risk of vertebral fractures in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.

The 150 mg tablet is taken once monthly, making it a convenient option for long-term osteoporosis management. Treatment should be combined with adequate calcium and vitamin D intake where appropriate and regular weight-bearing exercise. Based on clinical guidelines, fracture risk should be reassessed periodically during long-term therapy.
