Epnone 50mg tablets contain eplerenone, which blocks the action of aldosterone to reduce sodium and water retention while helping preserve potassium balance. It is used to lower blood pressure and to improve survival and reduce hospitalization in selected patients with heart failure after a heart attack or with chronic heart failure.
Treatment is usually given alongside other standard cardiovascular medicines under medical supervision.

How to Take
