Gaviscon double action tablets contain Sodium Alginate, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Calcium Carbonateto provide rapid and long-lasting relief from heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion.
Sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate neutralise excess stomach acid, while sodium alginate forms a protective raft that floats on top of the stomach contents, helping prevent acid from refluxing into the oesophagus.
The tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and above as directed.
