Indications:
- Treatment of hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
- Treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

May be used as adjuvant therapy following surgery or after tamoxifen treatment.
Administration:
- The usual recommended dose is 1mg once daily.
- Tablets should be swallowed whole with water, at the same time each day.
- May be taken with or without food.
- Treatment should be continued as prescribed by the oncologist, often for several years.
Safety Information:
- Do not use if you are premenopausal, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Inform your doctor if you have osteoporosis, liver problems, or high cholesterol.
- Common side effects may include: hot flushes, joint stiffness or pain, weakness, skin rash, nausea, and osteoporosis (bone thinning).
- Your doctor may monitor bone density and cholesterol levels during treatment.
- Serious side effects such as liver inflammation, severe allergic reaction, or fractures should be reported immediately.
