Asomex LT 2.5mg/50mg Tablets combine two established antihypertensive medicines with complementary mechanisms of action. S-amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow, while losartan potassium, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), blocks the action of angiotensin II to further reduce blood vessel constriction.
This combination is indicated for adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with either medicine alone. Effective blood pressure management helps reduce the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and chronic kidney disease. The fixed-dose formulation also simplifies treatment by reducing the number of tablets required each day.

How to Take
