Harteze 15mg tablets contain rivaroxaban, which prevents blood clot formation by directly inhibiting Factor Xa. The 15 mg strength is commonly used during the initial treatment phase of DVT and PE and may also be prescribed in patients with atrial fibrillation who require dose adjustment based on kidney function.
