Dosage
- Adults and children above 2 yrs:
Instill 1 drop in each affected eye once daily. - Avoid use in children <2 years (safety/efficacy has not been established).
Strictly follow the dosage prescribed by a physician.
Contraindications

Olopat drops is contraindicated in patients that are hypersensitive to olopatadine, benzalkonium chloride, or other excipients.
Side Effects
- Ocular (≤5%): Blurred vision, burning/stinging, dry eye, redness, lid edema and itching.
- Non-ocular : Headache, nausea, rhinitis, cough and back pain.
Precautions

For topical ocular use only. Avoid contamination by not touching the dropper tip to surfaces.

Contact lenses are discouraged during treatment. Olopat drops contain benzalkonium chloride, which can irritate eyes and discolor soft contact lenses.

Do not use with red eyes or for contact lens-related irritation.

Wait 10 minutes after instilling drops before inserting soft lenses (preservative absorption risk).

- Use within 1 month after opening.
- Store below 30°C.
