Relax Lemon is an oral antacid powder supplied in individual 5g sachets. When dissolved in water, its ingredients react to produce an effervescent solution that helps neutralise excess stomach acid and relieve acid-related digestive discomfort.
Sodium bicarbonate acts as an antacid by neutralising stomach acid, while citric acid contributes to the effervescent reaction. The preparation may help provide temporary relief from acidity, heartburn and indigestion.
Relax Lemon is intended for occasional symptom relief and should not replace medical assessment when symptoms are frequent, persistent or severe.

Active Ingredients
Each 5g sachet contains:
- Sodium bicarbonate BP – 2.243g
- Citric acid anhydrous BP – 2.150g
How to Take
- Empty one 5g sachet into a glass of water and allow the powder to dissolve before drinking.
- Adults and children aged 12 years and above: Take one sachet dissolved in water. A second dose may be taken after 2–3 hours if necessary.
- Do not take more than six sachets in 24 hours.
- Older adults may take the adult dose, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
- Do not give to children under 12 years unless directed by a healthcare professional.
- Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice.
