Typical Dosage
Usually taken once daily, with or without food.
A 28-tablet pack is commonly a 28-day supply.
You should however follow your doctor’s instructions on dosage

Common Side Effects
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Increased urination (especially when starting treatment)
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Changes in blood potassium or sodium levels
- Dehydration (particularly in hot weather or if fluid intake is low)
Important Precautions
- Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes may be recommended.
- Not typically used during pregnancy because medicines affecting the renin-angiotensin system can harm the developing baby.
- Tell your healthcare provider about other medications you take, especially diuretics, potassium supplements, lithium, or anti-inflammatory drugs.
