Cardipin 80/2.5 H combines telmisartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide to lower blood pressure through three complementary mechanisms.
Telmisartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking calcium entry into vascular smooth muscle, and hydrochlorothiazide promotes the removal of excess salt and water.
This fixed-dose combination is intended for adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with fewer medicines.

- Essential hypertension requiring triple therapy
