Indications:
- Malignant melanoma (a type of skin cancer).

Administration:
- Supplied as a powder for injection that must be reconstituted with sterile water or another suitable diluent.
- Administered by slow intravenous injection or infusion in a hospital setting.
- Dosage depends on the type of cancer, treatment protocol, and patient factors such as body surface area and overall health.
- Treatment is usually given in cycles with rest periods in between.
Safety Information:
- Contraindicated in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment, low blood counts, or known allergy to dacarbazine.
