Harteze 10mg tablets contain rivaroxaban, a direct Factor Xa inhibitor that helps prevent the formation of harmful blood clots.
It is commonly prescribed after hip or knee replacement surgery to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
Depending on the indication, rivaroxaban is also used in preventing stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and in the treatment or prevention of venous thromboembolism.
