Indications:
Vincristine may be prescribed by an oncologist as part of a combination treatment plan for:
- Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
- Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma
- Neuroblastoma
- Rhabdomyosarcoma
- Wilms tumor

How it is given:
Vincristine is given only by intravenous (IV) injection in a hospital or clinic by trained healthcare professionals. It must never be given by any other route.
Important Safety Information:
- Common side effects: Numbness, tingling, constipation, hair loss, stomach upset, weakness.
- Serious side effects: Nerve problems (difficulty walking, muscle weakness, trouble using hands), low blood counts (infections, bleeding, anemia).

Precautions: Not safe in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Dose adjustments may be needed in liver disease.
